This is an ONLINE challenge. I’ll keep in touch with you during each week via app. All your questions you may ask me through the app and I’ll personally answer you. Our app is also the place where you’ll send me your training videos so I can correct and improve your movements. I’ll follow your progress through the weekly Friday check in. Also you’ll access our TRIBE in our Telegram Group. It’s 100% virtual, but much closer and cheaper than a personal training.
Yes, workouts are set up exclusively for your goal. You’re not getting a generic workout.

The COUNTDOWN does not involve “dieting”. You will work on how to manage your food, set your focus and fitness to get incredible results.

Yes, all the programs are personalized, they will respect people’s injuries and even help you improve in certain areas.
It is possible to reconcile the COUNTDOWN with any other activity, including travel. I’ll guide you on exactly how you can make the best choices while still enjoying your plans and staying healthy. The only requirement is to work out at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes. If you’re going to travel, I’ll give you a specific workout that can be done from anywhere – at home or in a hotel room.
